@Nikolai Here you are:

EVERYONE KNOWS THAT hi-res stock can be costly. However, you may find a great free image, only to see it’s suffering from blur due to a lower resolution. So here’s a handy tip that’ll improve your images.

Begin by duplicating your image.

Select Filter> Other>High Pass and apply a two-pixel Radius. Set this duplicated layer’s Blend Mode to Vivid Light.

Now duplicate the second layer and change the Blend Mode to Color, decreasing the Opacity to around 30%.

Create a New Layer and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+E, merging all.

Select Filter>Other>High Pass, once more applying a two-pixel Radius. Set this layer to an Overlay Blend Mode. Create a new layer and again merge all.

Select Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur and apply a five-pixel Radius. Press Ctrl+I to invert the layer, and apply a 50% Opacity Soft Light Blend Mode. Once again create a new layer, merging all. Title this
layer ‘Unsharp Mask’.

Select Filter>Sharpen>Unsharp Mask and apply a 45% Amount, 70 pixel Radius and ten-level Threshold. Duplicate this layer, renaming it ‘Surface Blur’. Select Filter>Blur>Surface Blur and apply
a ten-pixel Radius and ten-level Threshold.

Reduce the layer Opacity to 60% and Fill to 80%.
