I am paying you for the tuturial. That includes the graphics. Very few of us have the graphics to build the sites you are teaching. Seeing how the parts go together is a must for anyone learning design. Saying you have to have x background for this image and then not supplying the image is miserable customer service. I dont care about your rights. You should be smart enough be using stock that you can publish. If your going to teach, teach. Otherwise get out of the business.
