Web Designer 163 ON SALE NOW
It’s here, the latest issue of Web Designer. This issue we talk to industry experts and get them to reveal the websites that they think demonstrate what is bad about web design. You will be surprised, its not all about the ugly backgrounds, poor colour combinations and unreadable fonts. Plus, we  get leading design agencies Vivid Image and Redweb to get to grips with their choices and give them a much needed makeover.

This is only the tip of the iceberg, don’t miss out on the Site Mapper’s Sketchbook – a design focus on the forgotten discipline of good site mapping and the techniques needed to ensure that site visitors don’t stray in the wrong direction.

In Behind The Scenes we talk to New York web design royalty Your Majesty, plus we have a host of must know tutorials including:

Building a Flash site – part 1 (Flash)
Constructing a dynamic sitemap (Dreamweaver, CSS, jQuery)
Designing featured content blog boxes (Photoshop)
The art of horizontal navigation bars (Dreamweaver, CSS)
How to get the most out of Artboards (Illustrator)

Don’t miss out on the Spotify podcast with creative director Rasmus Andersson and much, much more.

This is definately one list Im glad my site for Cool Springs is not on! Great topic though, everyone knows how far we’ve come. Interesting to see how antiquated some sites/companies still are.
