It seems more adequate for a quick viewing of pages on a site. However, I would not make it the primary navigation because it seems confusing and not aesthetically pleasing. Seems like it was developed for a touch screen than a mouse or keyboard.

I don't think it's a terrible idea, but I wouldn't make it the primary navigation. It should be an optional way of browsing a site, much like a site map, so that if a site's content has a lot of subpages or subactions, something like this could make getting to the right place easier.

Looks like a good thought, and glad to see people trying NEW things. I just cant see this pattern being successful in the way it's built here. Look at apple's expose, great features for navigating desktops and windows. 9-10 mac users I know don't even know about it, and after I show them refuse to use it because it's 'confusing'.

wow, stereofidelic fontface... I'd need to sign up for it to be able to test this new type of navigation, but my first impression of it is that it's confusing and unusable. Is this tic-tac-toe?

Stepping Stone Tech looks interesting, but based on that picture I have to wonder how aesthetically pleasing it is. Is the current method for web navigation so non-user-friendly that we have to go to this? I'm not so sure. I guess I'd have to see more.

I don't think so. It seems very cumbersome and not obvious. If it's the future of navigation why do they have traditional navigation as well? I don't get it.
