    it depends on the connection you are using i think. Page loading is fine for me.

    Much too busy. I would have improved readability by either:
    • Fading the area outside the “5;”
    • Reducing the size of black/gray area type;
    • Making the “5″ pop by making it 3-D with defining black sides.

    ps. I’m looking for a decent web design periodical (in print) to keep up with the constantly evolving web design technology.
